Boyd Conrick is a former professional triathlete from Redhead, Australia, a short drive north, along the coast, from Sydney. Boyd travelled extensively while competing professionally and won triathlon events in various countries including Australia, France and the USA. While his main focus was on Olympic distance and sprint triathlons (winning 3 X New South Wales Olympic Distance state titles), Boyd finished his triathlon career by taking out the 2008 Australian 70.3 Professional Series and featured prominently in the top 10, of four, of the six Ironman events he entered.
Boyd has long held an interest in sports science and has watched and helped athletes from a range of sports in their quest to better their performances and become better athletes due to his involvement, guidance and support. Most recently Boyd has continued to supply online coaching programs to triathletes of varying abilities while working also with surf life saving competitors, mainly surf Ironmen, to develop their swim, run and paddling disciplines and better plan out their overall competitive seasons.
Now in his early forties, Boyd has a young family but still manages to compete in multi-discipline events, all be it with a more relaxed attitude and focuses his competitive juices instead into athletes he trains.

In 2016, Lisa qualified for both the Ironman 70.3 and Kona World Championships. This was achieved in just a few short years with TSO. Coming to triathlon later in life, and from a non-sporting background gives Lisa the experience to understand the desire of busy age group athletes to be the best that they can be. Lisa continues to seek out answers to help athletes incorporate training into their circumstances to achieve results, whilst maintaining health and life balance. Lisa is using Training Peaks software to deliver training programs and analyse athletes’ progress.
